How to Join - Information for New Members
The British Group, in common with other national groups in most other countries, consists of members of all parties from both Houses of Parliament. Membership is open to all by subscription.
To enrol as a member of the British Group IPU (BGIPU), please download and complete the Membership Application Form and Bankers Order and send the completed forms to the BGIPU Secretariat.
How to become an Associate - Information for Outgoing Members
An outgoing member leaving Parliament, who has been a member for at least three years and wishes to remain so, should complete the Associate Questionnaire and send the completed form to the BGIPU Secretariat.
Those who no longer wish to remain in membership should contact their banks to cancel any standing orders. If case of any difficulty with these downloads, please email BGIPU Secretariat for the relevant forms at bgipu@parliament.uk
